I did when I was working down in Perth James - and I have a full length Frontrunner roofrack on mine, and I'm running slightly larger than the OEM fitted tyres (265/60R18).
The entrance to the office carpark in Nedlands was only just 2.0 metres on the low side, and only slightly higher on the high side. I had to use "access height" to get in and out of the place.
If I selected "normal height" too early on the way out on the high side of the entrance, I would scrape the top of the rack (there's a few scrape marks up there as evidence of this).
If I forgot to select "access height" and entered the carpark on the low (left) side of the entrance, the front of the roofrack would slam into the building - there's a lump of concrete missing out of the building as evidence of this.
But provided I was in "access height", I had no problems either side of the driveway.
The top of my roofrack is 120mm higher than the roof, and about 110mm higher than the tracks on the roof.
My ex-boss's D4 has a Rhino Rack fitted which is slightly higher than my Frontrunner. He can only get under the "high" side of the entrance and has to be in "access height". He's already had someone wipe a pair of small LED lights off the back end of his roofrack because they were not aware of this.
It was only the entrance / exit that was an issue at this place. Once you got inside, there was plenty of clearance.
The below ground parking under the apartment I was at in Adelaide Tce was from memory 2.2m minimum clearance. I never had any problems there, and did not have to lower the suspension.
