    Cheers Andrew

Not a fan of machining out the wheels, my main reason for doing it is that I take the spare tyre carrier off my camper when I load my dirt bikes on the back. Then I have to try and tie the spare wheel to the roof of the camper and it's just a pain.

Then the added bonus of spares for the car if needed. it's a bit of a shame cause I did this for my last vehicle and the camper runs dynamic 16 inch steel wheels with 32 inch Mickie Thompsons atm. So when test fitting the rrs wheels it looked strange to say the least. I just wish fitting 32s to the disco wasn't such a pain.

    Thanks for the idea tho

My camper trailer has 3 new 235/85x16 MTRs,was matched to my D2(wheels tyres and track).
I do have 2 spare wheel carriers so to start with I will cary an extra D4 wheel I think.Thoughts were to upgrade to D4 wheels on the trailer when I get GOE rims for the D4.
Yet to look into emergency steel rims from BMW,could be an avenue there.
If you are chasing a wheel carrier for your trailer, the D2 back door item is perfect,I have 2 on my trailer.

Don't forget that D3 18s will fit the rear of the 3.0l D4.

RRC500242 D3 5 spoke dished centre rim fits the rear of some D4's.

Will all 18" D3 rim fit the rear of the 3.0L D4, or just the RRC500242? Or is the RRC500242 the only 18" that has actually been confirmed to fit?

I picked up a cheap set of RRC505350MNH's from eBay to use for the camper trailer and extra spares for the D3 when touring. Will they fit the rear of a D4 3.0L if we upgrade from a D3 in the future?

    This is what I have:
    RRC505350MNH | ALLOY WHEEL 8 X 18" STYLE 1 SILVER SPARKLE DISCOVERY 3+4 | Land Rover | | Britcar (UK) Ltd
