Hi again Stuart and my guess is one is for the trailer brakes and the other is for some sort of power supply.

Don't be surprised if it is wired up as a quarsi dual battery setup or 3 way fridge supply.

Note, the maximum size fuse/circuit breaker for safe use on 6mm AUTO cable is 30 amps but auto electricians regularly use 50 amp CBs and then wonder why they have fires.

Also worth checking where they have run that cable.

It looks like it may be run down through the chassis rail and if so, you will need to remove it, because if you ever need work done on the motor, they take a few bolts out and lift the body off the chassis, cutting any wire/cable running through the chassis.

I would say they are the circuit breakers for the trailer brakes. Why 2???,unsure,to deal with +ve feedback from a fault within the trailer brakes, possibly. Our Turbo Territory has them on both feeds if I remember correctly, done before we bought it.

LLAMS installed today, fairly straight forward apart from a small glitch during calibration, a quick call to Graeme and all good.
Haven't placed the switch or button yet, not many options as the redarc trailer brake is already on the LH side of steering column.
Hopefully the Traxide dual battery system arrives tomorrow and get that out of the way and then all set for a bit of camping and serious bush bashing.
Thanks for all the tips and info to date.

    Cheers

Is it feasible to shift Redarc to light binnacle to make way for Llams? Alternatively quite a few people put the Redarc in place of a centre 12V socket.

It is actually good to be able to see the Redarc dial when in use.

Just checked it out and will go with that spot, the press button switch is part of the LLAMS, its very small and will fit there also.
