Thanks to Tombie I received my package a couple of days ago, I was hoping to open it today but the day got ahead of me and the Harley hadn't been started for months and got priority.

Thanks again Tombie, BFGG (Big Friendly Generous Giant) appreciated.

    Very welcome.

I also kicked my V-twin in the guts and went for a ride. Off to Hockey then a quick lap of the city before heading to the Gym...

I'm in to my workshop tomorrow to fit the lower arm bushes.

Take a few photos and let us know how it all goes. I'm keen to know how easy (or not) the job becomes with the press, particularly without a hoist.

Shall do. I'm trying to get enthusiasm to go down there. Suffering a bit of Sciatica at the moment.

Back on topic, just an update on my el cheapo LED lights.

The 5360 single direction lights that i bought for the tailgate are both flickering intermittently , which is super annoying. I will have to find some others.

One of the 5050 bulbs also has a flickering SMD, but its just one, and i have a few spares i can swap out, so no biggy.

I also have code B1D13 which is for the interior lights. Not sure if it's just the flickering chips or whether it's due to the lower current draw.

So... dont buy those 5630 globes i suggested. Sorry to anyone who has, but hey! They're only $1.25 each!

    Cheers

    Dan

These turned up today .... (thanks for the tip Tombie)

Driver side looks sharper than passenger which seems blurry

Have emailed PowerfulUK to see if there's anything I can do because the driver side looks excellent.

It is a major reduction in light compared to the good LED I had in there and these ones are on an auto time-out after about 30 seconds.
I'm still happy with them but would like a better passenger side.

    Cheers,
    Scott

Yes, love the LED light, unfortunately the 3 different suppliers I have tried so far (all china) are poor quality and start flashing leading the other half to comment about the "disco lights" when she got in the other day.

Still, you get what you pay for and I am not complaining about that aspect but I would be interested to find a better quality LED supplier, has anyone had success on that front but not at silly prices ?

The ones I have purchased from hids4u.co.uk are still going strong.
