Hi Whitto,
I might have the wrong picture of what you're describing but I thought that trim went over not under the carpet..? Got a photo?
David
I have removed the door sill trim to gain access to lay some additional cables through the channel.
I am having difficulty refitting the lower trim as it does't want to slide back under the carpet near the B column.
Any ideas or guidance would be appreciated.
Thanks

I assume you're talking about the black trim cover that goes under the carpet in a single piece from the front to the back of the footwells? If so, it's a bugger to refit. Try lifting the front seat as high as possible, I found that this made it just possible to refit that trim panel.

Same as David, mine goes over the carpet, not under. This photo is looking from drivers seat towards rear. B pillar on left. Assuming it's the long grey trim piece that covers both door sills (front & back).

Thanks everyone.
Does go under the carpet unfortunately and then grey top cover over the carpet.
I will try removing the cover trim around the seat and then maybe ease off the seat bolts.
It is a real bugger
