Should be in the size as in 235/85/16LT.
I have no idea about the other numbers you mention.

To my knowledge there is no LT tyre in this size. There has been some discussion about different ply ratings. Perhaps check this on tyre sidewall?

Correct, except for the Maxxis 980.
