    Air Suspension

Probably been asked before, but does the D4 suspension lower to an intermediate height at a pre determined highway speed, if so what speed. I cannot find confirmation of this anywhere, a friend of mine with a 10 year old air suspension range rover says his does this, also stating that if towing a trailer the feature is disabled ensuring greater trailer stability. Clever people please provide confirmation if possible.

160km/h but must be sustained for a period of time..

Once it lowers the steering tightens and it becomes a 2700kg Go-Kart...

Interestingly it does about 10.5l/100km at that speed.

Yes, it lowers 20mm once 160 km/h is sustained for more than 5 seconds, and rises again once the speed drops to 130 km/h for 30 seconds or more

You could fit one of my kits and set the switch to low for the same effect at any speed. However you would probably want to get more benefit than that to warrant the expense.

Interestingly the L494 doesn't natively lower at any speed.
