Thread: Kuda GPS mount

This is the product I bought for iPad.
Worked fine for under $20.
Hema Maps on iPad was excellent.

I have one of these I bought for the 10" Samsung tablet.The tablet was too big and the mount ugly.
Ive now got another Samsung tablet,8" which will be a better size.
The mount I have Arkon TAB CM117 Long Reach Suction Window CAR Mount Ipad Mini Ipad 1 2 3 4 | eBay

Now lots of looking,I find I can use the head of the Arkon mount and fix it to the Kuda mount with this.

I am interested in getting 2 Kuda mounts, one of which is like the dash mount LandyAndy linked, however, Kuda USA don't offer shipping to Australia, and the Kuda part numbers for the mounts they supply, which are 290615 and 090615, are reported to be "leatherette" not "real leather" by a German website.

My information came from a google translation of text from pages linked from here Discovery 4 - Pie-com / Pietruszinski

So I am looking for the "real leather" mounts, with Kuda part numbers 290610 and 090610, but haven't yet found any online retailers that appear to ship to Australia.

Any suggestions please?

I use a Handling agent (MYUS.com) to get all my gear out of the USA...

You are aware your dash is not leather?

Our Disco has "Windsor leather" and the "extended leather pack", which includes dash, door sills, centre console lid and door handles, so the dash had better be leather! :-)

You may be alright then

Std vehicles dash, doors, seat backs, seat edges etc are synthetic..
