You need a pulse buster on the D3 to run LED lights.

						Hello all!
I have really ****ty internet at the moment as I'm up around Marree and I have a query regarding flickering lights on a trailer led bar.
I'm just about to bring an old cavalier camper down south with my D3 (never used it before) and the brake lights on the trailer have had it so I have attached a LED trailer bar/board on. All the indicators, brake lights and tail lights work but I'm getting this pulsing/flicking from the bar/board. Is this bad?
I have connected it to the black trailer socket connector on my car.
Thanks

SupporterThere is nothing wrong, it is just the D3 doing its checking to find the tail lights. You don't see it with non LED lights but the LED lights show it up.

						Thanks LandyAndy and BobD!
That's a relief! I was a bit worried it might be the start of some electrical gremlin.
