    LLAMS

G'day, I am going to fit LLAMS, Traxide dual batteries with in cab controller as well as a redarc tow pro elite to my 2016 TDV6 Disco.
Can anyone give me suggestions, pictures or advice on best locations to mount the switches?

    Thanks in advance

Either side of the steering column works well

Other side if you have powered steering column.

Or replacement of a 12V cig socket

Mode switch for Llams fits well into the webbing under the steering column

    TOW PRO
    Headlight switch binnacle

Or replacement of a 12V cig socket has also been done for Tow Pro.

    Regards,
    Scott

    Thanks Scott!
That looks like a great spot for the LLAMS on the steering column!

Yep i'll be using a different combo of what Scott said seeing as someone has already mounted a redarc controller on my steering column llams will have to go on one of the other 2 options. I didn't like the idea of using the right side of the column much, it would be tight up in behind there and stand out when you open the door.... Being fussy though.

The headlight switch binnacle is therefor my first choice for llams....

I had thought of the headlight binnacle to mount the LLAMS switch but after having a look behind the binnacle, it doesn't look like the body of the switch will fit behind the plate. If it does it looks like it will be a real tight squeeze.

If you end up using that spot, keep the thread updated as I'd be interested to see how fitment went.

There is a great spot for the LLAMS pushbutton. A hole already exists in a recess, protected out of harms way, just needs to be made slightly larger.
