It's a hot and dusty environment up there. Do they cope ok and capable of pumping 4/6 tyres. I'd need a long hose to reach the trailer too, so for me it seems just as easy to connect to the rear anderson power using a portable one and service all wheels from there.
I've always thought i'd like one on board but really don't see it getting used that much and have carried the portable one for years inside, without too much extra hassle.
Curious to know how they perform in the engine bay though.
