    Sand in Cargo area.

    Does anybody else have sand build up in the area underneath the tailgate flap?

    Wondering if i didn't put this piece back together properly when i ran the cigarette lighter constand feed...

    Usually much more sand under there. This is after a vacuum.

    Mostly worried about water seeping in on crossings.

    Yes I also get lots of fine sand in there.

    Seems strange. Unless it's getting in there when the tailgate is being closed.
    Only other way is through the door seal. No holes in mine. Is a bit out of shape though.

    Sand in Cargo area.

    I think it gets onto the rear bottom tailgate then falls down under this, as you state, when being closed

    I would love to Andy, but we haven't put him in the cargo area for months now. Bensen met Ned a few weeks ago btw!

    Sounds like it's normal anyway.

    I'll go back to being paranoid about my EGR's sticking open one day(because 200k kms) or that damn crossover pipe snapping(because transmission was rebuilt)

    Really should worry less...

    I wonder who's got the highest mileage D4 on the site? I'm 233,000km.

    Currently 203 000 on ours, but in 6 weeks time it will be 210,000km =D

    Have you blocked the EGR yet Jeff? After all the confusion about patched I'm trying to figure out whether people were doing a patch AND physically blocking the valve or just tricking the computer into thinking the valve is open, with a ecu patch...

    I tried the later, but because my bt idd tool won't show up live egr values, it just says N/A the whole time, I never found out if the patch worked or not....

    Sounds like you need the full list of live values. It is beta and includes many values that are not active or useful but does also have a lot of relevant ones too. For example, N/A can mean it's just on a different ECU.

    Request it from Gap.
