Thread: Looking for a service Warrnambool to Geelong

There is a Landrover dealer in Geelong.
Which way are you headed? there is a good Landrover dealer in Millicent, just the other side of Mount Gambier.

We are headed toward Geelong from Warrnambool, passed through Millicent about a month ago. Was hoping for an independent, but will use a dealer if we have to. Normally use MR Auto in Brisbane and they recommend Ritter's in Melbourne, but a little out of the way towing a van.

I use Hunter Cuthill in Geelong. Good independent Landrover mechanic with many years of LR experience. Recommended.

Actually spoke to Adam this arvo. Seemed to know the D4 quite well. A lot cheaper than the dealer as well. Probably give them a go.

Yep, Hunter Cuthill are very good. They used to work for the Geelong dealer but left when the dealership changed hands. If not Hunter Cuthill I wouldn't recommend the Geelong dealer, incompetent is my experience. My RRS is under warranty and I now take it from home, Warrnambool, to Melbourne City Landrover, part of the ULR group. Might be expensive but at least they know their stuff.

Looks like Hunter Cuthill is the go - all booked in. Looks like we will have to stay in Warrnambool and the GOR a bit longer awaiting the service, what a tough life.

I use Hardy Automotive in Grovedale a southern suburb of Geelong. Independent European car specialist. I think highly of him. He has done a good job on my D3 for years and now I will be using him for my DS.

Agree with your comments about Geelong dealer. Unhelpful, and unwilling to go support the customer.
