My experience was slightly worse fuel economy after the remap which included EGR defeat.

Be interested to hear your perspective.

Sadly no, I was relying on the trip computers. So far economy acc to trip computer is down to 9.0 on the daily commute (the computer is taking some time to re-average after the tune, as the tune clears all the fuel economy history. I’ve yet to measure using kms travelled VS litres filled.

However, towing post tune is awesome, effortless and smoother than before.

One thing I did notice that when changing to a different program, say “grass gravel sand” the difference between mapping’s is more noticeable. We were driving with the camper on dirt roads over the weekend, so I selected the a.m program and found it a bit sluggish, but only in the lower rpms, however the traction control works perfectly.

Driving without the camper is even better, heaps of torque and a good usable spread. Would love to do the exhaust too.

I’m not sure if the tune has defeated the EGR valves, I must ring Roo Systems and ask, just haven’t had the time.

    Cheers

Interesting to see the quoted power outputs for factory late model sdv6 engines. I'm still going to get mine done, just need to decide who... roo sytstems seems reasonable.
