My thoughts as follows:
1. The potential for it to be driveshaft balance related, possibly a bearing, is worth investigating further.
2. Classic symptoms of an EBP that is getting close to its adjustment limits. You should stop using it until it has been cleaned, re-adjusted & calibrated and possibly new brake shoes installed. If left it will eventually get outside the limits of adjustment and be effectively stuck on, which becomes much more of a mission to correct and in some cases requires an expensive EPB module replacement.
3. Likely to be the float switch in the coolant tank has degraded and sunk. New coolant tank will fix this and is a good idea anyway because the plastic tank is known to split at the seam with age.
Regards,
Scott
