rda discs seem to have warped

Quite dissapointing actually.. had them on less than 3 months. No towing no abuse no river crossings. I will see what the guys that sold them to me say but I guess Ive done my money.
What have others put on. My car is a rrs 2.7 tdv6 but I find this forum is the best for tech answers.
Good thing I didnt throw the originals out
    Thanks
    Nick

Im sorry to say but there is no such thing as a warped rotor. Runout issues exist and these are normally caused by poor installation. Hub surfaces need to be wire brushed clean to ensure a neat mating between the rotor and hub to ensure runout is at a minimum. Other reasons also exist.
A quick google pointed me to an article to describe it in more detail. Poor run in of discs and/or pad choice might result in build up of pad material unevenly across the disc also resulting in a pulsation. The list goes on. Very rarely is it the fault of the disc

    Hi Jeff
The hubs were brushed, the slides did slide ,the pistons moved freely in the calipers and the old pads were evenly worn and flat across their face we lightly lubricated the slides on reassembly and the shudder on braking only developed a few weeks ago (so in car for 3 months) when the cold snap snapped. I unfortunately cant see how it is anything else. I agree runout issues will arise but this is a developed problem so I can rule out some contributing factors. I surmise the rda discs just arent up to the task. I have bendix suv/4wd pads in it and we bedded the pads in etc etc. I will place the originals on them over the weekend and then ruminate on whether I buy anything made in china or just get new original ones (rotors) If the steel is not as good as stuff made elsewhere the why cant it distort?

Indeed I did . He didnt have any dealers names on hand to tell me so i gave him my email. That was 2 days ago so I figure I'll look elsewhere.
Thanks for the lead though. I read somewhere the delios might be made offshore?
