			Paired phones list now empty

This afternoon, after leaving one of the teenage kids in the car for an hour I return to find that the Paired Phones list is empty (it had three phones previously).
Teenager swears they didn't muck with anything & all they were doing was switching the radio on & playing music through their iPod.
Deleted pairing on my phone (didn't check whether or not is was connected first) & re-paired the phone as per normal.
Back on the "home" screen there's no sign that the phone is paired. WTF, it still shows "please pair phone" or similar, yet the phone itself shows that it's connected to Land Rover.
Used the IID Tool & found a fault as per the below.

Cleared the fault & cycled the car locked, wait for full asleep (went in & had dinner) then came back & started the car. No change.
Anyone else had this issue & know how to solve it?

This is now fixed. Required a trip to the dealer, who found that a number of upgraded software items were available for the entertainment system so they loaded them all up and bingo, problem solved.
 $360 later & I'm on my way.
Moral of the story, keep teenagers locked outside the car when you leave it!
