I only I hadn't just bought GG 19"s.............. (which I'm very happy with mind you)
I had been told previously these do fit, then told no.
As I have found so many times recently, the only really way to find out is to sometimes do it yourself. So this morning with the help of a D3 owner that bought these for his car we tried to fit them on to my 2016 D4.
Sadly they don't fit without having to shave your calipers. As you can see in the photos they simply are too tight. With the wheel done up tight there was ZERO movement and the wheel was stuck hard. It was hard enough remove the paint from the inside of the rim.
I would be contact these guys ASAP unless they can tell you they have been modified recently to find out whats going on

I did see in the advertisement that it was Style 2. Just wondering if the ones you tried were an older version or if the Style is a different colour.
Thanks apom for your concern and intent to help, I was fully aware of the D3 caliper issue and knew that Compomotive have an 18" wheel sold via Gordon @ Green Oval.
I had emailed Compomotive regarding wheels sometime ago about 18"wheels. I started looking again this year, I had already brought 20"rims and for a better range of tyres and increase in height (just on 32" now).
Last year during my email conversations with Advance Factors, where I purchased new lower front arms and shipped them, they suggested Bearmach for the wheels for the D4 in an email, that I had forgotten until Bearmach and I had a conversation regarding discount for LROCC.
So the problem of 18" wheels on the D4 has been put to Bearmach over a period of 3 months and to various technical and sales people including Stuart Truckel who is the Director of Bearmach in the UK.
I have repeatedly been reassured that the wheel fit ALL D4's including the Australia.
We will know for sure in the next 10 day if they are as promised. If what they have told me is wrong AULRO will be the second people I will inform..
I hope and doubt that Bearmach would risk the backlash from LR owners from Australia if these wheels are not what is advertised for one, or what in my case I have been told on many occasions.
Not only would I hit ALURO frum but the others I am part of as well.
My claim through Visa for my money back and possible legal actions.
All the best with it Tony. You seem to have all of your ducks lined up and at the end of the day you have to trust their word (with backup contingencies as you have). Several of us are very interested in your outcome.
Cheers Chris.
Yep, they looked the same on the face for sure, but the Style 2 could be a modified version. Like you say, in 10 days we will all know. It was a close fit but even those sections that didn't touch were less than 1mm clearance so it would need to be a good updated.
The problem of 18" wheels for 3.0L D4s with larger brakes has been put to a lot more companies over a far greater time period than Bearmach for the three months you've been looking into it Tony and there has never been any actual positive proof outside of the Compomotive PD1881. And I believe that will be the case here as well. This wheel has a LR part number that's been around for a long time and I think there is zero chance it will be different for this Bearmach version. Surely the easiest thing would be for them to demonstrate the wheel on a vehicle or contact a customer who already has used them. I also think if this was the magic wheel it would have been prominently advertised and discussed, especially on Disco3. Anyway I don't like being negative, hope I'm wrong and eating my words in a couple of weeks. But if not, good luck with the Visa safety net.
Regards,
Scott
Style 2 is part of the description for this part# in the 2012 version of Microcat, with Style 1 for the more common spoke pattern that has a different part#.
The Australian spec for a D4 SDV6 has a "maximum mass" on the rear axle of 1885 kg, which implies a maximum load of 942.5 kg per rear wheel.
While the 2.5kg difference between the 940kg rating on these wheels and the implied 942.5 kg required is not likely to be a real-world issue, I wonder if it may present any legal problems?
For comparison, the std wheels on my D4 have a 965kg load rating.
