Thread: Just bought 6 - 18' wheels for my Discovery 4

A sign of a good supplier is not only how well they treat you when buying but more importantly how well they treat you when things go wrong - it is graet to see that they have done right by you without any hassle.

Totally agree, the main reason to purchase new from OS was that as 18" wheels they were supposed to fit the D4 3ltr, after asking a number of times, which they don't. But as you said they rectified things very quickly and right up to the Director spoke to me as well as emailed an apology for their mistake.
