    D4 key fob plastic tray needed

    Hi all,

    Ive managed to misplace the black plastic tray that the battery sits in (yeah I know, takes a special kind of skill to manage that) inside the key fob.

    As LR don't sell only this bit I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction to where I might be able to buy just the plastic battery holder.

    Thanks for the quick response Tombie,

    Ive had a look already on eBay, heaps of fob accessories but no battery holder unfortunately.

    wander if I could find someone to 3D print it for me,

    What about a wrecker, and get an old key and pull it to bits? I've seen heaps of keys in vehicles at Triumph Rover spares and I can't imaging they could have much value.

    If so, just grab a key from eBay and program it up

    You can buy just a (complete) replacement case from eBay and replace the innards...
