Can not find it - Bugger!

Hi all, I recall a thread a while ago, maybe 2 years or so that showed a screen mount that was leather covered and fitted to the top of the crash pad above the center stack. Looked quite neat if I remember correctly, might have been from Europe but I might also be seriously off track. Does anyone have a better memory or for that matter able to extract results from the search function. I have been looking for a couple of days and can not find it.

If anyone has actually got one some feedback on it would be fantastic.

    Thanks for your help.

    Peter

That's it exactly, thank you gentlemen.

On another matter, (off topic I know but this is effectively closed anyway) Tombie I have a question for you about an earlier post you made when "sadly" your cat fell off and got lost, replaced by a custom pipe if I recall. I was wondering about the up side and any down side since that unfortunate loss

Was a very sad day Can not find it - Bugger!
It has gained a slight improvement in spool up and economy - economy back below 10s at 115km/h cruise which it wasn’t doing before the mod..

Has a nice little burble at idle and take off which turns silent when cruising so best of both worlds IMO there..

And a noticeable pick up at higher speeds, nothing huge but as I said, noticeable.

And far less heat under the vehicle and weight is down about 20kg Can not find it - Bugger!

    Where is mine?

DIIA, TD5, I have just replaced my exhaust front (engine) pipe and middle section and there were no animals of any kind in it at all.

I have put back on the nearly original (still no animals) front pipe and muffler as the noise when towing the caravan got a bit much.

Now, if someone wanted to take this stuff off my hands they would be welcome to, just make an offer and come to the beautiful Adelaide Hills to pick it up.

    Cheers for now

    Mike
