    Hi Harry,
Enjoyed your post, and the Disco is looking great with the added illumination. Black-out grille looking nice too.

My question - I may have missed this detail - how did you route power to your roof-rack for the STEDI bar? Where did you exit the bodywork, and what did you do to preserve water-proofness?
    thanks,

    Hi Alexeis,

Power runs from the engine bay up the passenger side A-Pillar and up onto the roof. You can see in this picture the wiring running behind the A-Pillar cover:

That black cover pops off with 4 or 5 body clips, just need to give it a solid tug. Everything behind that cover is already waterproof and the engine bay has a big rubber seal all the way around it which I ran the wiring through right next to the A-Pillar.

    Hope that helps!

Actually there is no need to remove A-Pillar Trim in order to place cable underneath. It can be done with simple cable routing tool. It is 1 minute job and no risk for the clips.

Hope you made a small clearance for the wires so the plastic isn’t working into the insulation Custom Install Driving Lights and Light Bar

This is routing tool on the photos, not the cable. Once finished it looks the same as on HarrytheDisco photos. The only difference I also managed to hide it under the rain gutter cover.

Where did you grab one of these cable routing whatsits?

Had a quick look on Jaycar and Supercheap and couldn't see what you were talking about.
