    Duckworths

    It's time to replace the air springs in my D3. A number members have had good experiences with Duckworths. I can't find anything on the website. Searching by part number gives nothing. Searching for air suspension /air /suspension gives gives nothing useful. Same with searching for ABS sensors, or ride height sensors which I am also looking for. Am I missing something or do you need to fill in the part enquiry form to get a quote?

    I got no response from my email to them and went elsewhere

    I have made several purchases from them and found them pretty responsive to emails. I phoned them only once to follow up as I recall. Skype is a good way to call fixed lines quite cheaply.

    Similar story for me. Bought my GAP IID tool from Dan and he was very responsive. Recently enquired about another part and got a prompt reply.

    I've had 2 experiences with Dan at Duckworths - both positive. I bought my Gap IIDTool from them as part of the group buy (all good).
    I recently ordered replacement shock/airbag struts, plus a replacement alternator... Work I'm planning on doing in the near future.

    Dan generally responds very quickly to email. One issue I had - he indicated that my email had gone into his spam folder.
    I copied the general email address (something like sales@duckworths....) and he followed up on that.

    Definitely for Dan @ Duckworths!

    I have also been trying to contact Dan (or anyone at all) at Duckworths and am having no luck. I have tried calling, emailing Dan, filling in the online contact form, and also emailing the general address. It's been over 2 working days and still no response.
