    Missing Low Range Control

Has anyone seen this before on a D4?
I'm just browsing the D4 ads in New Zealand and came across this interior pic. The high/low range control is missing. Terrain Response is fitted, so all the bits must be there, just not under direct driver control.
I'm assuming this is factory (un)fitted.

Probably a UK spec import without low range gearbox. Terrain response doesn't need low range and is fitted to every model I think including in current Disco Sport and RRS models.

There are a few markets where the lower spec D4s were available without low range, South Africa for example.
