D4 suspension valve
Hi guys, I have a suspension fault showing up at the moment. I took the D4 to MR Auto and they put the scanner on it, and seem to think it is the valve between the compressor and reservoir that is the problem. I'm booked in for them to fix it on Friday, but just wondering if anyone can give me advice on how easy it is to replace the valve and how much it would cost for one? If it's simple enough to do and doesn't require any specialised tools I may have a crack at it myself and hopefully save myself a few dollars and another trip back to Redcliffe.
Cheers
Sean

Hi Sean,
It appears that the part number is he same for the D3 and D4. RVH000046.
I got mine from Island 4x4 UK for $185 (genuine)
Replacing is fairly simple.
I did mine at the same time as replacing the compressor. So I had both covers off. I think you will only need to remove the bottom one.
The valve block is to the rear of the compressor. Between the compressor and air tank.
The valve block fits into three slots. No tool to remove. Just push up.
You will need one spanner, 12 mm I think to remove the air hoses. Mark the airlines so you know we’re they go.
Remove the old Voss fittings from the airlines.
Get the new valve block. Push the air pipes into the Voss fittings. No spanner required.
Slot it it into the holder. Bring up to pressure. Check for leaks with some soapy water in a spray bottle.
All done.
Cheers Sean.

Thanks mate, doesn't sound too difficult. Looks like there's some YouTube videos on the subject as well. Hopefully I'll get time to have a quick look tonight.
Cheers
Sean
