    Redarc towpro - fault

Not exactly related to the D4 but I’ve travelled for six months with the van and towpro installed without a fault however last weekend I started getting an error

The flashing error is long amber light followed by a short red light

According to the manual this is a short on the blue brake wire.

Has anyone had this issue before? Any tips on where on the car it might be most likely to happen? I’m checking the van of course too but there doesn’t appear to be any issues so far

Check the connection you’ve made between brake feed and vehicle wiring, usually at the wiring loom in left rear storage compartment. It may have loosened.
