    Gordon and GOE

    Does anyone know how to contact Gordon at GOE? I ordered one of his products (it's only the Terrain Response manual) back on August 12 and still no sign of it, despite speaking with Gordon some weeks later and being assured it was on its way.
    I've tried calling the number on the website and get nothing but a recorded message, and messages on the GOE facebook page go unanswered....

    About par for the course with GOE in my experience. Great products, shame the service doesn't match the products and knowledge which is still worth pursuing.

    I have contacted him recently and used info@greenovalexperience.com which is the normal email as far as I know. He replied within a day so that's an acceptable time frame as far as I am concerned.

    There is a very big back story on this topic …. very personal issues for Gordon of GOE but ultimately a lot of customers out of pocket, some for more than $K for many, many months.

    Sorry personal issues don't cut it, busyness is busyness and if he cant continue he should cease all trading immediately and refund all payments received OR employ someone. Pretty simple really, shame though because he did provide some good products that I would buy but...

    Spot on. There’s a level over understanding when something happens and things are in flight and impacted, but to continue on like nothing has changed?
    I’d never transact. I expect my products to ship when I order them within a reasonable lead time.

    I got a message from Gordon this week saying the product had finally been shipped. Unfortunately it took two months to get this far. Fortunately it was only a $36 manual, I'd certainly be wary of ordering anything costing hundreds or thousands of dollars.

    Gordon Over Extended?

    G'day Gang,

    It happened one afternoon, part way through last year.
    My wife found me on the floor of the bathroom, in the foetal position, sucking my thumb, lying in a pool of salt water.
    She asked the obvious.
    I said "Oh G..G..G..G..". She said "God"? I said "No, Gordon"!
    I explained that the shipment I was expecting, was yet again delayed. This was 200 days or so after the parts had been ordered and paid for.
    (It was another 70 plus days before it arrived.)
    I had for some time tried to contact him via email. Sometimes he would answer.
    I tried phoning. Once he answered. During that conversation, I became agitated, perhaps even angry. I apologized, when he rang back, for my unwarranted outburst.

    The Dr says that I can go off my meds in a month or so.

    I haven't walked in his shoes. I don't know all the facts.
