    Grrrr

Woke up to this little number this morning,, not happy.

No idea why,, it’s just there. Didn’t notice it as I walked passed as the car was covered in dew, but started driving and could hear something 😡

but there does not appear to be any jemmy scratch marks on the paint work. Probably faulty bonding.

This is really strange (especially if there's no damage to the surrounding duco)... I'll be very interested to see any outcome or explanation....

It only takes a well placed tap with a screwdriver on the exposed edge of a toughened screen to do this.
The edge is the weak point on toughened glass, which is why it *usually* has a trim or plastic strip to cover the edge.

I had a brand new Commodore wagon do that overnight , Dogs in the yard so wasn't a 3rd party
There was frost on the glass and I didn't notice it until I went to clear the frost off.

Sorry to hear it Chops. I remember reading about a spate of Defenders having the same issue (was a few years ago now). I don’t think that anyone ever worked out what was causing it..
