That’s what I’ve surmised. Based on the comment of dedicated power needs, it seems that if it is getting too much voltage drop it causes it to error and not operate the brakes (the reported orange light error). Presume the older software wasn’t as sensitive to a voltage drop issue.

That makes sense. It must be why Tekonsha supply a wiring loom.
Do Redarc kits include a wiring loom? Would have to be at least 6mm I would think, is that right?
