What brand of cargo barrier is that? Most barriers I've seen are dead flat with limited or almost zero gap behind the second row seat headrests whereas yours appears to have some storage space available as well as a crawl space behind the middle seat
    Cheers

    USB connectivity

Driving down south yesterday, and my long suffering USB with many, many songs on it decided it did not want to play any more.

Don't think its in the USB itself, because it still plays in my laptop.

Could be a breakdown in car cabling, but trying the blue circular plug cable into the glovebox socket didn't work either, so I suspect its a car media issue?

    Anyone had a similar issue?

All the bits from Rimmers arrived during the week, so I got to put the roof rails on. Used a bit of gray water pump silicone under the lip of the insert I had to replace. Everything else just did up neatly. A lot less of an effort than the removal.

I used my tiny little 3/8" air ratchet. I forgot what a pleasure that is to use compared with the big ones.

A 3/8 battery ratchet is on my long term wish list, but I've got permanently plumbed air everywhere. I picked this one up from a cashies for $20. Gave it a thorough teardown, clean and grease and it's awesome. I also have a shortie 1/2" rattle gun. Same but that one cost me $30. Makes bigger jobs like the 10 bash plate bolts much easier.

If i go battery it's going to be expensive because for it to be an upgrade it has to be small and light with as much grunt as my pneumatics.

Its a hayman reese barrier, its not bolted in at the bottom at the moment as i need to remake the brackets to clear my drawer setup.
The shape is good as i can get my compressor hose and a tarp between it and the seat back.

Haven't driven it for a few days. Went out today to find the drivers side, windscreen, rear window and freshly painted roof all covered in mortar splatter. They're building next door and someone did something dumb on Wednesday (I checked the CCTV to find out when it happened). After a call to the builder, a rather embarrassed brickie turned up this afternoon and spent a couple of hours carefully removing the mortar. Apparently not his first rodeo. Reckons his boys owe him a slab next week.

Our D4 did one of our City cannonball runs.

Spur of the moment decision to go to C&C show.

~900km in pouring rain. Never put a foot out of place.

    Another milestone.

My plan was to set the trip at the 000 and get all 3s but was negotiating Callcup Hill at the time and was severely distracted.

I think a front wheel bearing is finally making a noise as well.
