Restart - usually with surface charge on battery give an OK and you’re good to go…
The other question - which firmware are you on for those modules?
According to the GAP list the Audio system is the latest and the amplifier firmware is "Newer than reflash database".
I suspect it wasn't voltage related because in the D3 it doesn't shut down the amp, it restricts the maximum volume level until the voltage comes back up.
This was absolutely silent until rebooted.
Just another Disco-glitch.
