Renewed the rear air suspension last month and then did the front this week. Overnight the front lowered. Bugger. Cutting corners, as I do sometimes, I didn't change the Voss connectors (front or rear end) but did redo the front with new Voss connectors and it all stays up. Lesson learned.
Got the gear from Island4x4 in UK delivered to Perth in two shipments for $2300. Local supplier wanted $3700

A year after doing all the suspension bushes and struts and enjoying a silent magic carpet ride a knock has returned in the rear left area.
This coincides with an upper arm bush I know I installed incorrectly aligned but I also suspect at near 330 km those horizontal panhard tie bars might be complaining. The knock seem to be when there is a compression / squat at the rear left.
Has anyone replaced those tie bars and is it just a matter of replacing bushes or whole bar complete? I have a new front bush to replace on the upper arm but thinking will do those bars at same time. **Just checked and they look inexpensive.
So far so good. Incredibly simple. I have not dry fitted yet.
@DiscoJeffster how much Sika 227 do you need? I have an unopened 150ml tube already in my kit. Agree WSM has a great description and roughing the plastic surface is the way to go. How forensically clean did you get the car side?

I used heaps. I’m sure I used a new cartridge (but not all of it). I’m pretty sure the original area was around 2cm of adhesive all the way around, but that would be after some squashing. Give than lovely smooth surface on the back a good rough up with some sandpaper to get some good adhesion.
Place something heavy on it while it sets and tape to stop it moving with the weight. I left it 24 hours.
