I wondered about this when I replaced my LCAs a few months ago and found that the front bushes and ball joints seemed quite serviceable. But I reckon I'll replace them all as it seems silly not to and the bushes and ball joints aren't too expensive.
I, too, have access to a press but was wondering about the best way to get the pressing out bits without having to buy the complete tool(s) as they seem to be designed for pressing the bushes out and in in situ with the arms on the car.
