    HATE noisy tyres.
On a similar vein, has anyone tried the Hankook Dynapro Atm Rf10 tyre 255/55R19?
They seem very reasonably priced and may be a good all round tyre?

Bytemrk ran them happily for quite a while. They can be a little soft in the sidewall so care needs to be taken.

    I’m running these Hankooks.
Mostly highway work, occasional towing and mild off road, not much road noise, good wear.
Agree might be a bit of bulge in the sidewall, but adjust pressures accordingly.
    Good value IMO.
    Would probably buy again.

Personally I have found the BFG KO2 really good. Quiet with amazing traction around our muddy farm. Won’t be changing for anything else.

Duratracs are a class act. They are a little louder than the less aggressive AT. Duratracs are as close to a full MT as an AT gets. Cheers

I’ve had K02’s. Great tyre but noisy as crap
I’ve also had D697’s - loved them but they got noisy after 50%

@Tombie would the Duratrac’s be less or more noisy than the 697’s

Another vote here for the Hankook - hasn’t let me down, great wear. Will buy again

The 19" versions are likely to be quieter than my 17" because they have more blocks and smaller voids for the same diameter making the tread less chunky and being P-rated rather than LT would have a more flexible carcase. I don't know that I'm game enough to try them in 255/55R20 on my L322 but I'd like a smaller tyre than my current 275/55R20.

I have about 6500km on my 255/55R19 Duratracs, fitted to my 07 L322. They are definitely due for rotation, the noise has increased. If you hate noisy tyres then these ones are probably not for you.
A friend has just had a set of 255/55R20 fitted to his D4, it will be interesting to see how they go.
