i have done Cape York twice , and I know it sounds like fun, but don’t bother with Nolan’s Brook or any other mud/water crossing.
just drive in ,have a look ,enjoy the drama ,and continue on your merry way.
if you want a clean but still memorable drive , do the Bloomfield Track.
