I don't often admit defeat but this air suspension crap is driving me nuts anyone in Canberra got a nannocom or equivalent I can plug in to the d3 to try and get some diagnostics out of it it's like fighting mike Tyson with a hand tied behind my back at the moment. Changed all the orings in the system and still fags out and runs the compressor for ages for no known reason I can clearly see why this junk gets binned and coils fitted. Frustrating is not a strong enough description of this disaster

I am assuming a Hitachi compressor - sounds as if you have a leak but as you have checked and not found an external leak - I would look if you have an internal leak via the exhaust valve. You say the compressor keeps on running so if it is working OK the air has got to go somewhere - if not going into the system it has got to be venting out the exhaust valve - this happened to mine as some crude was stopping from it from closing and so venting air out - have you tried removing and cleaning - indeed have you rebuilt your compressor?
With mine the process of trying to remove my exhaust valve dislodged the obstruction and it cleared itself.

It's An amk I've has the exhaust out and cleaned and replaced the orings along with the desiccant done the front valve block and the valve block at the compressor that ties in the air tank once it's up if you pull the fuse it will stay up for a month with out issue. It runs for ages but eventually turns off but if you start it again half an hour later even if the suspension is up it will run again for ages I assume to fill the tank. I've had the tank out and charged it with my compressor in the shed and no signs of leaks.
When you go from off road hight back to road hight it seems to wig it out it's like it lets to much air out then fires the compressor to pump it back up then it drops it again and pumps up again then Brings the light on and exhausts either the front or the back or the whole system leaving on the bump stops it could be an electrical issue with a hight sensor but I haven't really got anyway to diagnose it my million dollar snap on scanner does not talk Land Rover well not the suspension side of it anyway

Definitely running blind without knowing any fault codes.
An internal fault with the compressor would also see it time out and trip if it does not build up enough pressure in time, likewise a bad electrical connection on the Transmission ECU can also cause the air suspension to play up. So many different scenarios can lead to similar outcomes.
But what warning messages are coming up on the dash - is it the same message or does it change?
