    There is no way that flow would be compromised re-using as the sealing surface is external and not internal, i re-used all mine and only had issues with one which was fixed by loosening the injector end then tightening at the rail first.

    Valid and excellent points DJ, fully agree, injectors, link pipes, crush washers etc all single use only, esp when considering the fuel rail pressures during operation, you do not want atomized diesel fumes floating around the engine bay with one or more turbo chargers at full noise....
