    rock slider/steps

    have 800 kg of this section, immensely rigid, so will make sliders up

    gussets

    of coarse gussets will be welded in , once I figure hole spacings

    never had sills off, not sure whether they go back on after fitting

    Your plan wont work as the chassis is inboard of the sills, rock sliders bolt to the threaded inserts hidden by the plastic sill covers.

    Body mount profile is also not 90 degrees.

    There’s a section at approximately 45deg

    Not sure if you can see it in the end of image below.

    thanks a mill, ok I need a bit of shaping, will do that in my plate wheels as my folder will not form 6mm that lenngth

    I also made my own sliders / tree protector
    made from angle iron and 40nb tubing and bends - bit heavy but strong as… perfect for jacking with hi-lift
