so my next observation and then subsequent theory was when i braked as the car was in 'access height' braking caused the above notification and subsequent raising of the suspension, so just to be sure have ordered a new brake switch at $36 can't hurt. I doubt i should get the right rear sensor error on icarsoft again but time will tell. brake switch is an easy and cheap fix so will see if that changes anything at all. getting desperate to sort this out. drives well no error codes yet but just doesn't like to be in access height for long at all.
