Pressure does not decrease when venting gallery

Did you perform a calibration after installing it?

No my icarsoft code reader does not have that feature - I did note the calibration was out on that right hand rear sensor compared to the other three sides previously when trying to diagnose the fault. I may do another live data collection to see what it says now but unable to do the calibration without having to take the vehicle in for a service. Is there any way to trick the system into thinking its been calibrated? I don't own a iidtool.

1. rear left corner height -39mm

2. right rear -4mm, BIG difference between the left rear and right rear

3. voltage differences over 3V compared to half values of 1.5-1.8V

4. calibration offset rear right 14mm

5. wave done on rear right - not sure what this is but didn't do anything

6. rear left corner height 6mm

7. rear right 68mm, BIG difference between left and right rear - Does sound like it needs a proper calibration - can anyone in Sydney help out here, is it simple to do the calibration using something like iidtool? never done this before.

Your symptoms are classic height sensor issue and or calibration.

If I have my LLAMS set on minus -20mm and I am parked on a flat section of road and I go to access height I have no issues but if parked on a slope I get the same fault as you - car is is trying to lower at one end than it should.

So you have a sensor that is out (maybe the one you have just fitted and not calibrated) so as suggested get a recalibration done.

I have found that when you lower to access and you get the gong and it says it is raising I hit access height again and hold to lock and it does then actually go down and stay down - so maybe a short fix until you get it sorted.

I don’t believe you can get someone with an IID GAP tool to help you as it needs to be registered to the vehicle VIN to perform calibrations etc.

you’ll need to take it somewhere or buy one yourself.

rang one place quoted $174 for one hour labour to recalibrate all four sensors next available spot 3rd June. hmmmm....
I use to own a iidtool but found the need to VIN the tool not useful to me as i tend to move cars on that's why i liked the icarsoft - it can be used with any D4 with no requirement for a VIN BUT it has its limits one of which i cannot calibrate ... searching for other solutions now.

Stauff units are the ones Im thinking about. We use them everywhere at work

Been having C1A13-64 (AF) and C1A13-64 (2E) throw up on mine recently over a two week period (after the car was left in access mode for 48 hours). Kept clearing the faults with my GAP tool but they kept coming back. Left the car for a couple of weeks, started, fault came up again, cleared it and it hasn't come back since. Going in for rear upper suspension bushes with Rova Range at the end of the month so will have them look at it but what gives? Any ideas?

I should add - the compressor was changed and software calibrated just 9 months ago.

So are you hearing the car venting or farting.. I have the same issue but mine definitely isn't venting, today I'm putting new filter pads and dissicant in the compressor to see if that's the issue but I think I may have a blockage or there may be a solenoid that controls that side of the system but I'm not 100% sure on that.
