    Penrite got back to me.

    They suspect there was a little bit of flush left over it reacted with. Comment was, "It's only the dye, the coolant will continue to perform as specified".

    Given there was a whole heap of nasty in the coolant bottle that wasn't there before, and the heater was nicely plugged I doubt that, but I'm not going to argue.

    You ran a flush, loosened a heap of stuff in the system.

    Over time it will come out, sometimes not they way intended… eg. Into heater matrix, coolant bottle etc

    The likely result of any brand after the flush is that.
