    D3 wiring colours for head unit

    Can anyone tell me the colours of the wiring to the head unit please.

    Hi loanrangie I have bought the wiring harness and all is good apart from I have no Acc + so I was just after the colour on the original harness.

    There isn't one. Power is applied from unlock to ~30 minutes after the car is locked and it gets its wakeup call from the CAN bus. As Tombie said, lighter socket is the closest reliable old school power source.

    There is also the antenna amplifier power supplied by the head unit. That'll work for a signal but it has SFA driving capacity so you won't power anything with it.
