SubscriberI know a lab tech that used to work at a mentioned oil company, repco is rebranded exactly the same oil
Discovery 1 4.6, true trac front and rear, superior engineering arms, old tourer now bush toy
Discovery 4 3.0 HSE MY13 ECB Bull bar, winch, spot lights, aux fuel tank, Kaymar rear bar, duel wheel carriers, 18 tuff ant wheels 265/65/18 BFG KO2's for play
Makes life easy for them with a price match, not the same product, so if Supercheap puts it on sale, they don't need to match it.

Super ModeratorI was seeing a fairly consistent sump temp of ~121C pulling the van home from Albany yesterday. If that's sump temp, then the oil temp in the bearing is going to be "quite a bit warmer". I was doing some work with a guy a few years ago who put thermocouples under the main shells to measure the oil spilled directly from the bearings and he was clocking more than a 20C difference between the crank and sump temps.
Wonder what the difference in KV and HTHS is at 150C?
