That was porosity in the casting I think was gearbox. It was a model specific problem but I did immediately think of that video also

Is there any other gaskets, seals or attention the transfer case should get while out? I should note, it's running great, just the leak.

There is no fluid between the gearbox and transfer case so no need for a gasket, i'd drop it and put new input and output seals in.

Sorry, not sure why I said transfer case to transmission, I meant the transfer case housing, where it is split in 2 sections. Definitely oil there.

My 2007 model doesn't fit into those effected. I've checked regardless but it has been ruled out.
