    This is what I have just done (already had a GAP tool) on an MY12 D4. $45 for a 433MHz key on Ebay from an Australian supplier (so quicker delivery). Included the blank physical key/blade. A couple of overnight emails with GAP in Canada and job done. Now just need to get the blade cut at a locksmiths.
