Mine arrived yesterday and looks good. Mating surfaces seem flat with no rough edges that I can see.

Getting prepped to do the swap and watched this great vid:

    Thanks D Landy

He suggests replacing the oring/seal on the oil cooler which connects into the water outlet pipe:

The comment section mentions part# Lr013151 - but I think this is for the two seals on the water outlet itself (which came with the new part).

Googling suggest it may be this one:
    ESR1594L

    Can anyone confirm?

    It’s just a Viton O’ring.

Any hydraulic seal company / most bearing companies can supply.

Thanks both! I swung past an LR dealer today and they gave me LR013151, so the comment in the vid was correct

The part number is BS211 if I recall correctly. As Tombie stated, any bearing shop or the like should be able to supply.

Installed my AliExpress jobbie plus a new top hose also from Ali ( more cuts so more cover trimming), new throttle body seals (also Ali) plus new coolant bottle, wait for it, also from Ali. All went in fine. Lost more than a litre in the process and topped up with distilled for now. Will get some LR coolant to top up (that’s what was put in by my Indy last time when they changed the EGRs and flushed it. All in all, went surprisingly well
