    dash probelems

    2009 d3 dash trouble. dash loses all info periodically has happened a few times . located eastern suburbs' Melbourne
    . any info greatly appreciated cheers

    Do all the dash lights come on inc hazards and doors lock/unlock when this happens ?

    no the complete dash goes blank nothing no indictors nothing

    Sounds like the socket on the back of the cluster has dry solder joints or a power/ground issue nearby, if you can pull the dash out you can try to wiggle the plug and see if you can replicate the issue.
