The wiring architecture is the same for the D3/Sport up until end 09MY &
D4/Sport changes & uses a slightly different style

Sure thing Sniegy. Last 8 digits are: 9A197089

    Thanks

I have a P3 mounted under dash in my D4 and find that it quite accessible. I am also tall and have not found it to cause a problem for my left knee mounted in that position. I am aware that some have preferred to mount theirs on the dash while others have opted for the Redarc remote mount controller.

In the under dash RRS/D3/D4 situation the P3 seems to have more advantages.
    Hi Guys,

I tried the P2 under the dash (just held it there) and could see exactly what you mean re the adjusting wheel access. Called the vendor this morning (in Aus) & he had no problem agreeing to exchange it for a P3.

    Thanks - a good call.

The instructions given John are for a 10MY onwards not for your vehicle as the 9 in your VIN designates what model year it is.

So search for "electric trailer brakes wired" & you will see a different set of instructions specific for your applicable model year.

Any questions you know where we live

    Cheers
