You've walked away, that's good. The ball is now in the dealer's court.
When I bought our X5, it was in SA and I was in Mildura. I offered the seller my price, he knocked it back as is his right. 3 weeks later, my wife said to ring him. I said no for the following 2 reasons.....

    1. They won't run out of cars.
    2. In negotiations, he who blinks first, loses.

    im starting to cave.
i'm starting to think 35k is a good price.

what changed my mind you ask?
    ive been looking at carsales.com.au
bluetooth is not as common in these cars as i first thought.
there are also minimal tdv8 ffrr in the L322 for sale in australia currently.

what are the chances of finding a black one, with the options i want, with low km, with a good sevice history, in good condition at a low price.... asking the impossible much?

Help Eevo find a RRS or FFRR tdv8

FFRRs for sale do seem to come in waves. Currently there are no bargains IMHO. The black one I posted earlier is prob worth $35k as it’s had a remap and trans service. The 22” wheels are a negative for me. Interestingly Redbook indicates a price range of $28,800 - $32,500 for a 2008 poverty pack.
    L322 tdv8 poverty pack - wow

actually i might be being hastie.

looking around, 35k for that year and that km's isnt as bad as i thought.

so now the question is. spend 35k.

or, spend about 10km more and get a ffrr. would have to got interstate.
for 10k i would get blootooth and heated seats and probobly a few other goodies.

    is 10k extra worth it?
