    viscous fan

Think my viscous is on the way out.
It seems to come on at low speeds when engine is just starting to warm up.
Even at lowish temps like last night...12 deg.

    Anyone priced one?
Advice as to where to get would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Yes, priced one and I've decided to put up with it.... I've found that if you give the engine a good rev, it will disengage occasionally. I think the one I priced was £267 plus delivery. It can stay broken for a bit longer...

Mine sounds like a truck atm too, no intention of fixing it and if I do it will be replaced with a large thermo fan. In my opinion the power of the engine fan is just not needed on the TD6, most people in the cooler climates remove them all together.
