    Rear Dust Deflector

Has anyone found an option to fit on the rear? I'm sick of the dust pile on the sill of the upper tailgate.

I'm looking to replace my D4 with a late L322 but don't look forward to not having the rear kept clear of dust that the D4 does so well. I wouldn't like to return to the days of my 1st D2 that didn't have a dust deflector but worse due to the L322's split tailgate.

    dust

Limited market I guess Chris, not many of us get them off road enough to get dusty - let alone cross the Simpson desert!

Perhaps there's an acrylic one for another vehicle that could be close enough or made to fit, eg the Pathfinder's.

I'll have to find one from another vehicle because the back of mine gets totally covered in mud drawn-up from below when driving through slops and on wet unsealed roads. I had also previously spotted dust swirling around the top of the window.

Graeme, please keep me in the loop over this as I had that nice little layer of very fine silt that comes thru the tailgate on our cars after my recent trip away in the New England. Got the same thing with red dust in WA when I took the car over there. Gotta stop it somehow!

This is why I want a dust deflector - the D4 was never like this.
